Ezio Auditore has to save Niccolò Copernico from the Borgia guards.

• Ezio: One who believes in freedom. Ezio Auditore da Firenze.
• Copernico: Ezio. They call me Niccolò Copernico. I have heard your name spoken at the Borgia court, but now I have proof that you truly exist.
• Ezio: Il Vaticano (the Vatican) welcomes you, yet you are under attack by its guards?
• Copernice: You think me one of them? Truthfully, you would be right. Yesterday, I was a templar.
• Ezio: And today?
• Copernico: The Templars wanted me to keep the findings of my experiments hidden, and that I cannot do.

Mission details:

False Censorship is a memory in the Copernicus Conspiracy downloadable content pack for Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.

While in Rome, Ezio Auditore comes across a person talking to the people about astronomy. Curious, Ezio enquires a bystander about him.

Copernico

• Ezio: Who is this man?
• Citizen: He comes from Prussia. I hear he studies at Il Vaticano (the Vatican), but his words are unlike any that issue from that place.

Copernico speaks to the people.

• Copernico: Some may tell you to be content with Ptolemy's explanation of the heavens. His mathematical contortions of the spheres dancing around the Earth. But why are such complicated numbers required? Perhaps, to disguise a myraid of contradictions? You must question bad logic. It is why we live, to ask questions.

A group of Borgia guards arrive to silence Copernicus.

• Guard: Kill him quickly. The Master wants all scholars silenced by nightfall.
• Ezio: If the Borgia are involved, then so am I.

Ezio succeeds in killing the Borgia guards and returns to speak with Copernico.

Could Call of Duty go the same way as Guitar Hero?

This is an interesting article I found about 'the milking of the Call of Duty franchise' 

Last week Activision canned their long running Guitar Hero series on consoles. Releasing a new version of the game every year had worn customers out, and it was decided that nobody would want yet another entry in the series. With Activision committed to releasing a new Call of Duty game every year, could the same thing happen to the shooter series?

That was the question Industry Gamers asked a series of industry analysts, who concluded that Call of Duty is unlikely to be milked to death in the same way that Guitar Hero was, though the risk is there. DFC Intelligence analyst David Cole says “there is a very real danger of milking a franchise and causing quality to decline, which can result in turning consumers off. With COD I think the danger is trying to maintain the quality of the franchise and making sure they don’t release product just to release product.”
Another analyst cited Call of Duty’s multiplayer community as the source of its staying power, saying that Call of Duty “has a vibrant online community that keeps growing. When a new version comes out, the ‘network effect’ kicks in, and many people buy it because their friends have done so. The risk to the franchise is competition, not people tiring of the gameplay… CoD won’t fade unless Activision opens the door to competition by making a bad game.”
There’s no shortage of competition. DICE are standing in the sidelines ready to take the crown. This year will likely see Battlefield 3 go head to head with the next Call of Duty game. What do you think, could yearly releases burn out the Call of Duty series?

As I announced earlier I will make Call of Duty Black Ops gameplay/commentary movies. Why do you ask? Simple I want to show you guys how sucky this game is, which major bugs it has etc.

Black Ops My Opinion and the CoD franchise

In this blog message I'm going to write why I'm not a big fan of Black Ops. It has positive things but also negative(more negative in my opinion). Before I start, let me tell you that I am a big fan of the Call of Duty franchise from the beginning (with Call of Duty). I really like the setting of the game (WWII). The expansion, United Offensive is in my opinion the best game until CoD 4: Modern Warfare came out. Those two had to share first place. But then Treyarch launched CoD World at War. The setting of  this game was rather dark. I didn't really liked that. The storyline was like pure sh*t. With the first CoD's I had the feeling of being there, being in game, being a part of the "unit" and that's what I miss with games that Treyarch develop. There were also a lot of bugs in the game upon release, which is a shame of Treyarch to deliver a game that isn't finished (just the same as Black Ops). The game didn't really run smooth, lots of lag, in multi as in singleplayer. But I was going to talk about Black Ops.

It seems they have learned something from the previous game they released. The storyline was a little bit better, now I had the feeling of being the character. But that's about it. They had the same problem as in CoD WaW, problems from day one upon release. Lots of lag, no support for some pc's (gfx card etc.). It's really ashame that they don't finish the game before releasing. It seems that they only want our money. Another thing I notice is that the console games are more important then the pc games?? It was originally a pc game treyarch!! Not a damned console game! (I really can't play a shooter on consoles, can't shoot apeshait)
People will say, they have to finish the game in 2 years bla bla bla.. Listen to your community, listen to your gamers and you will have a lot of tips that can help out developing the game. It's 2 games in a row that Treyarch delivers with lag issues, solve it damned, that should be the first thing on your checklist before releasing the game! How can you shoot a guy when he is teleporting 20 feet?

What I don't like about the Muliplayer
Where is the fun in immediately buying your weapons? Ok, I know you can play directly with your favorite weapon, but it gets boring. In MW2 you had to wait until you reached rank ... before you could play with that weapon, you also had to kill that many people to unlock attachments. Now what you do is simply buy it.. It's not fun, as for me, everybody has his own opinion. But that was fun for me, getting points, ranking up and waiting until you get a decent gun.
But what I do like is that there are dedicated servers! They are back, what is much better so you can join any server, map you want.

I really hope Modern Warfare 3 doesn't have any of those bugs/glitches, well I didn't really notice any of the bugs I found in Black Ops in Modern Warfare 2. I really hope that Treyarch learns from it's mistakes and delivers us a great game next time.

Ow yeah, it seems somebody got into the A-league :p We left Springfield Armor to join the New Jersey Nets, and this is o so awesome. It's way more fun playing in the A-league, and you know since we play in the A-league we decided to make the quarter lengths duration last longer. Now we gonna play 4 min per quarter, maybe even longer.

Frustrations!!

Today I've been working on the little teaser trailer of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. but I had to quit to help out a friends whoms pc has crashed. I tried to fix it but no succes at all, only frustration... The hardheaded problem is the crcdisk.sys error on boot-up (Windows Vista). Tommorow I will have a final look at the problem, as it is not a softwareproblem but it might be a hardware problem (gfx card?). And ofcourse continue/finish the teaser trailer. See you soon!

Robin Hood - Movie Review

The day before yesterday, I watched Robin Hood (the newest version with Russel Crow). And I have to admit, it's a damned good movie. Some people told me that it wasn't that great, I think I have to slap those people in da face! It had great action scenes, good storyline, great actors. I had to laugh at certain scenes so hard, and I normally don't laugh that fast. So if you haven't seen this movie yet, go out and buy/download/rent it! That's an order!!

Storyline

Birth of a legend. Following King Richard's death in France, archer Robin Longstride, along with Will Scarlett, Alan-a-Dale and Little John, returns to England. They encounter the dying Robert of Locksley, whose party was ambushed by treacherous Godfrey, who hopes to facilitate a French invasion of England. Robin promises the dying knight he will return his sword to his father Walter in Nottingham. Here Walter encourages him to impersonate the dead man to prevent his land being confiscated by the crown, and he finds himself with Marian, a ready-made wife. Hoping to stir baronial opposition to weak King John and allow an easy French take-over, Godfrey worms his way into the king's service as Earl Marshal of England and brutally invades towns under the pretext of collecting Royal taxes. Can Robin navigate the politics of barons, royals, traitors, and the French?

Cop Out - Movie Review

Yesterday I saw the movie Cop Out. It was a rather interesting movie. But the storyline was not top.  You kinda saw it coming that Bruce Willis and his partner had to fight Poh Boy. It's a comedy/action movie, I had some giggles and laughs but not a complete rofl (if you know what I mean) But overal a good movie, I recommend you guys to view it.

Storyline

After a clumsy operation trying to capture a drug dealer, the N.Y.P.D Detectives Jimmy Monroe and Paul Hodges are suspended for one month by their Captain Romans. Jimmy decides to sell his rare baseball card to pay for his daughter's expensive wedding while his jealous partner believes that his wife is cheating on him with their next-door neighbor. When Jimmy sells his card to a memorabilia store, the place is burgled by two small-time thieves and the detective loses his card. They track down the thieves.

Microsoft Flight

For the people who are interested in flight simulators, there is a new flight simulator on the way. Check out the link to find more images & videos about the new game that's in the make by Microsoft. (Link!!)
The game is called Microsoft Flight and is a successor to Microsoft previous flight sim, Flight Simulator X.

I myself played Flight Simulator X for a while, but you need an high end computer to be able to play it smoothly. But with a little bit of tweaking and modding you can run the game even on low end pc's. On my YouTube channel I have a small video about a landing at Brussels Airport. I hope you like it.
